Please arrive on time for your allocated treatment time. We understand appointments cannot always be kept and life gets in the way sometimes. If you have to cancel 24 hours notice or more would be much appreciated to allow us to fill a cancelled appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you may incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
Please be aware if you arrive late for your treatment, we may need to reduce your treatment time or offer you an alternative in order to keep our appointments running to schedule. If you do not need all your treatment booking time or wish to change your appointment within your allocated time please allow 24 hours notice or telephone us direct.
If you do not show for your appointment our booking system logs this as a no show appointment. If payment was via voucher, your voucher will be cancelled as a no show appointment to cover the cost of your allocated time. If this happens twice unfortunately we can no longer take your bookings in future. Continual cancellations will also result in us no longer being able to treat you at Total Relaxation.
If this is your first visit to Total Relaxation please arrive 5 minutes early to complete our salon consultation form. Treatments cannot be carried out without completing our written consultation form. Due to the ambiance of the beauty salon & nature of our treatments and health & safety we advise that small children do not attend with you during your appointment. To the courtesy of yourself and other clients we advise that you turn off mobile phones or turn them to silent upon entering the salon.
