Francine

Francine who qualified as a therapist in 2000 launched  Total Relaxation in 2001. Since then she has developed her in depth professional skills by continuously training in massage., and is also a fully qualified beauty therapist. Francine’s main interest is in the holistic treatments and products we offer. Her goal is to help clients to feel healthier and encourage the body to heal itself

Megan qualified with a BTEC National Diploma of Beauty Therapy Sciences in 2012. She joined the Total Relaxation team in 2014 enjoys the constant variety each working day offers, her favourite treatments are facials as they are what first led her into her career in  beauty therapy.

Anna started hairdressing while in secondary school which had a hairdressing department. She then started her full time apprenticeship in hairdressing where she was able to learn and practice her now much in demand skills. Anna works  in our Total Relaxation salon on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Her passion in hairdressing is balayage/ombré as it’s such a natural way of lighting hair.

Vanessa qualified in 2002, she specialises in Deep Tissue, Relaxing and Aromatherapy Massage. She is also qualified in Facials, Waxing, Manicures and Pedicures. Vanessa joined the team in 2019 and currently works with us on a Friday and Saturday. We look forward to increasing her hours in due course.

Maddy is our Saturday 'Girl Friday' who  jumps to our rescue when we are really busy to run reception and clean and tidy behind us all on a Saturday and during her school holidays. Currently at school, she is focusing on going to Cambridge Regional College in September 2021 to start training as a beauty therapist.
